Today in class, I was taught that facebook could be used to get a job. I know that I use facebook, for things that are important to me, and my future. Facebook, helps me stay in contact with friends and family, also it helps me stay in contact with cousins that are in college, and well educated high schools. I know that facebook can help me get somewhere in life, as long as I keep doing the right thing, I know the is no stopping me :)

Today in class I worked silently, but it payed off kind of. To center your name and address, you need to look at the top of your screen and then you click on the center button next to the one that’s already high lighted. Then u high light the words that you would like to center.

The parts of my resume that I made bold was my name and the subjects, to let them know that it was a new subject that they were coming near :)

In class today I had fun!!! We went over what a great resume needs, in order to get into a good college :). I’ve also learned that a great resume, has volunteer work and achievements. So now i will try my best to achieve and volunteer in work that i know will look good on my resume. I think that it is helpful to brainstorm what you would like to put on your resume because if you put something on your resume that isn’t going to be so helpful towards you then you shouldn’t put it on your resume. The boxes that i had the most information in was in activities, because i know what people may do on there spare time. I would like to be an honor roll student in my senior year, because my grades aren’t looking soo well.

I think that a great resume’ needs your name bolded, because you would want your name to stand out, also, a great resume’ needs all of the GREAT achievements that you’ve made. You would want this because whatever college that you attend would want to know what have you did so great. They also may want to know what volunteer work you’ve done, such a feeding the homeless, and picking up trash, or something like that.
